Mariners Way Apartment Fire
View this post on Instagram Last night shortly after 20:00 hours Station 1 and surrounding companies were alerted for an apartment fire on Mariners Way in the 1-7 box area. Engines 12 & 14, the Engine Tanker and Chief 1 made a response with 10 volunteers. The first arriving engine arrived to find a working kitchen fire that had extended into the attic. Engine 14’s crew made quick work of the fire and prevented it from spreading to the neighbors apartment while being assisted by other crews from Grasonville Volunteer Fire Dept, Queenstown Volunteer Fire Dept, and United Communities Volunteer Fire Dept. Anne Arundel Engine 191 and Ladder 39 were also on scene. @gvfdofficial @queenstownvfd A post shared by Kent Island Volunteers (@kentislandvfd) on Sep 26, 2019 at 5:26pm PDT
