1-Year of Active Membership Status (12-Months)

• Enrolled in LOSAP Retirement Plan – Length of Service Awards Program

• $25,000 Life Insurance Policy

• Active policy as long as member stays active; or has earned 20 years of service in QAC
• Additional payout up to $75,000 for Line of Duty death and/or accidental death
